I am unable to purchase hints

Just to ensure that it's not a problem with your device or internet connection, could you please quit the app, turn off and turn on the Wi-Fi / Cellular Data, launch the app again and then check?

Also, if you have already tried the above, please let us know the exact error or message that is coming up in the app when you try to purchase hints. If you could send us a screenshot of what happens when you tap on 'MORE HINTS' or when you tap on the hint pack, it would help us to understand the problem and assist you with it.
