All refund requests can be handled in 2 ways:
a) You can contact the respective Store (Play Store, Amazon Store or App Store) since they're handling all our purchases. You would need to enter all the details along with screenshots of your payment receipts.
b) Instead of getting a monetary refund, you can ask us to add the appropriate number of hints in your account equivalent to the purchase amount.

Make sure to download the latest update of WordBrain.
Once you've done that, open the app and send an email to us from the support email option in the app, and include a copy of your purchase receipt and we will add the hints as soon as possible.
