I Didn't Receive My Hints That I've Paid For.

If you have not received the correct number of hints in your account, we suggest you to please try closing and restarting the app.


  1. On your device, open the main Settings app Device Settings.
  2. Select Apps or Manage applications (depending on your device, this may be different).
  3. Select the app you used to make your in-app purchase.
  4. Touch Force stop.
  5. Now launch the app again and check if the necessary hints are reflected.

  2. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
  3. Now launch the app again and check if the necessary hints are reflected.


If the hints that you purchased still don't show up, please attach the receipt you've got from the respective Store (App Store/iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, depending on what type of device you use) and send it to us along with your USER ID.

To find your USER ID,
1. Open WordBrain -> Go to Settings -> Tap on "Email Us" -> When your mail opens and you'll see the email form, scroll down and copy where it says "USER ID: (number)".
2. Paste the number while responding to us.

Once we have your receipt and your USER ID we'll add the missing hints ASAP!

    Did not get the 200 hints that I paid 11.99 for.

    Please follow the steps below to unlock 200 hints;

    Open Wordbrain -> Settings -> Disable the sound -> Go back to the start view in WordBrain -> Double tap on the big brain on the top of the screen -> And then type in the code "EISENACHER".
